I used my promo customized sticker for signing up for Sticker Mule. When I tried to pay for this with card information, Sticker Mule said my information was wrong even though I made sure it was correct every one of the 7 or 8 times I tried. I finally resorted to using PayPal which I normally stray away from because of the problems PayPal has given me in the past. When I went through PayPal, It automatically placed a reorder even though I was just trying to check out my original one time order. It is okay as I can probably find a use for the extra stickers & glad it was under 10 dollars but I would encourage looking into why Sticker Mule was saying it could not process the card payment even though it was accurate information & my bank account was not on hold/being blocked.
I would also recommend having an easier way to find out how to contact the company because I would've just called a helpline when originally experiencing these difficulties.
