I use desktop (Mac, Chrome) to place orders and navigate the site, and I know I’m in the minority. However, it’s extremely difficult to order *some products via desktop. For example, if I just want to order T-shirts, I have no way to do it easily without going on mobile. In this example, when I compare the mobile to desktop version, it seems that the desktop version is cut off right below, where the ordering section is on mobile. I know that’s kind of a convoluted explanation, but as someone who considers themselves technically adept, not being able to order T-shirts without switching to mobile seems strange. I can gladly provide more info if it’s helpful; but it can’t be just me that’s experiencing this. And as a consumer, I know I am tenacious in getting a task done, but not everyone is. If somebody gets a soft redirect like that, you probably lose the sale.
