I paid for a custom piece of die-cut acrylic that has 2 circular interior holes about 2" in diameter each. Sticker Mule has a rule of one interior cut only (no clue why). I therefore tried to cut the second hole out myself (using a special drill tool, backing board and masking tape to reinforce the surrounding area) and the acrylic immediately split in two. My mistake, but all the more reason to do away with the arbitrary one-cut-only policy. Acrylic is notoriously temperamental, and if you can make one interior cut, why not two or three (charge more if you must)? There is a clear benefit here for customers like me who run the risk of owning a worthless piece of cracked acrylic. Thanks for hearing me out!
