Good morning, We are coming back to you following a particularly worrying incident that occurred during an event. Several of our athletes have experienced significant skin burns and irritations where the temporary tattoos provided by your company were applied. As you can see in the attached photos, the skin is clearly damaged, with marks that suggest a chemical or thermal reaction. We want to understand: • How is this type of reaction possible with your products? • Do the inks/adhesives used comply with current standards? • Were dermatological tests carried out beforehand? • Have you already had similar feedback? The safety of our athletes is obviously a priority. We expect a quick response and precise explanations concerning the composition and conformity of these tattoos. Looking forward to your return.
