Original Return code R877380836 I’m guessing I’m not the first to complain about the pin in back of button not align with image in front, and also guessing you have ready response instructions that I received . I appreciate that you guys have made the pin back rotatable, to speed production at not having to align then with the front image. This is a good thing. So here are some suggestions: Own it and use this as a positive improvement. Put this innovation in your button webpage, so customer know in advance. This also minimize the initial disappointment when receiving product. In the event we miss this in the webpage, put the “rotate pin sticker” (since you print stickers) on the outside of the bag, instead of a card inside the bag. I didn’t know there was an instruction card buried inside the bag. This will eliminate the need to go online and file a complain. Do you know how hard it was for me to figure out how to take a picture of the front and back at the same time? Good thing I found a mirror, propping it up, taping several buttons together to show that it isn’t just one button, trying to hold up the string of buttons, and actually taking the photo. All of this take time and could have been avoided, including yours, and me having to rotate 300 buttons. Time is money, and we both have wasted enough.
