I ordered 150 - 1.5" x 1.5" keychains and am very disappointed with the quality. The plastic is so soft and cheap, many of them arrived scratched and I feel embarrassed to hand them out to our clients as a token of thanks. The plastic scratches so easily, it will be unrecognizable within even a week or two. Many of them have black, messy burn marks on the outside of them from what I assume is the laser-cutter. Plus, several of them disconnected from the key ring and were unable to click the connector back in to place.

I have ordered from Sticker Mule for stickers only... until now. After this experience, I I am afraid to try anything but stickers made by this company.

As a not-for-profit organization, this feels like a waste of our money. I would appreciate being contacted regarding my order.
