The proofreading was right away, the delivery came faster than announced, there were 3 stickers instead of 2. Ordered, the price was very ok

I just got my first order from sticker mule. I can't believe the detail they were able to get on my labels!!! They are so much better than I expected! The stickers are just adorable! They're really good quality!!! This just makes my home business stand out from the rest! I'll definitely be buying more!

Every project...perfect...on time, professional, great price. Please, Please, Please, start doing custom mailer boxes. We use PackLane and they are dismal!

had an issue with the credit card that was used for my purchase as it was an unauthorized card attached to my work, my mistake, I asked sticker mule to change the payment method to a different card. There were 2 small purchases, not worth their time to help a customer out apparently. They changed one charge but absolutlely refused to change the second charge, this has caused me a very difficult problem to resolve and it could have been easily resolved on their end. Because of this I have to give Sticker Mule an F in customer service and an F in the level of respect and compassion in dealing with their clients. Good customer service is a lost art form. They have a phone number that directs you to send an email, why bother? It is just a bad business plan. Just piss off one customer at a time and see your company nose dive into internet oblivion. I won't be back and I would be very careful if you are planning on placing your order because they don't have their customers backs. LS

Highlighting good work makes them recognized in everything they do

I run dart events and a dart league - and enjoy being able to give players different promo/logo items. They go over really well. I also appreciate the coaster and mule sticker with each order. Other than what the dog has gotten a hold of, for some reason I'm saving them :-)

Listen, I've been a Sticker Mule customer for years. I've watched the product selection grow, and I love it. I will be the first to admit I am a grumpy old woman when it comes to customer service at any store. I know no one is asking but there are only 2 companies that have aced the customer service game: Chick-fil-A and Sticker Mule. When there are opportunities in my office to purchase promotional materials, I do not advocate for quotes, shop around, or ask for samples. We go straight to Sticker Mule. Orders are placed the same day the ideas were born. No wasted time, reasonable prices, and genuinely high-quality product. What else would I be looking for? This is the only area where, as a manager, I am a dictator. The newbies always jump on board after the first order.

I worked with Dustin on our order today and the customer service was exceptional! Thank you so much for your assistance in designing our vinyl stickers in a way that kept the concept we desired but also worked for the vinyl we had chosen. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone who needs custom stickers and more! Thank you again!
