Ship

I really liked your company. Great quality stickers at amazing prices. It there for disappoints me that I will be switching to a different company because UPS will not deliver to PO boxes. I have tried using the physical address of the Post Office and it works intermittently, I've learned that it's entirely up to the driver of the day if he wants to go out of his way to bring the shipment inside the building. I really liked doing business with you, truly.

Today, we had a very intense call from UPS about our order from sticker mule. They informed us that because we are a business we need our own brokerage account to ship the parcel across the border. We have never had this issue with any other company order from the US before, and it's interesting that this is now an issue. We will probably not order from Sticker Mule again due to them using UPS rather then a shipping company that can handle orders without needing additional brokerage accounts. Most likely will be a Canadian company next time to avoid all these shipping issues.

I love SHIP - I do occasionally have to ship to Canada. This would be a great option.

Can you please allow the option to download shipping labels at 4"x6"?

We love Ship! But on the dashboard, we’d like the ability to view the tracking numbers as well as our cost for all our packages. And the ability to download a CSV of past shipments, including cost, etc. would be super helpful.

Using Ship it would be very helpful if the labels we create stay valid slightly longer – maybe 2 weeks as we like to be able to include return labels with what we are shipping so it can be returned to our office at the conclusion of an event. We ship a bunch of event materials in a tote and then the tote is shipped backed to us after the event with supplies and anything else that was unused. Luckily I caught the return label was cancelled before our event ended so I can email them a new label to print.

We re-use a lot of addresses, and it would be great to have an address book within Ship.

Hi guys. We were wondering why shipping to Malta isn't free when your site states Free shipping to the EU. Is this a possibility for the future, please?

Would be great to use Ship services from within WordPress with API Keys and print from 4x6 thermal printer onto sticky shipping labels.
